TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF
PINE VALLEY APARTMENTS
Structure:
All the structural building frames will be made of Sismic Reinforced Concrete.
The Walls:
The building walls will be made of Bims Blocks.
Wall Finishes:
• External walls will be covered with 3 coats of plaster and 3 coats of high quality acrylic paint.
• Internal walls will be covered with 3 coats of plaster and 3 coats of high quality plastic paint.
• Bathroom walls, W/C walls and the space between upper and lower kitchen cupboards will be covered with high quality ceramic floor tiles.
• Bedroom floors will be covered with high quality laminated Parquet.
Doors & Windows:
• Entrance door will be made of high quality massive timber.
• All outside doors and windows will be double gazed aluminium.
• Internal doors will be pressed type (MDF Lam).
Pergolas:
• Pergolas will be made of massive timber.
Wardrobes:
• Spacious bedrooms wardrobes will be made of laminated wood with plenty of drawers and hanging space.
Kitchen:
• All the kitchen cupboards will be made of laminated wood and the work tops will have special heavy duty laminated covers. Stainless steel sink units will have double bowls. Fridge, hobs & oven, air ventilation unit and dishwasher will be provided as standard kitchen appliances.
Sanitary Fittings:
High quality bathroom, W/C units and accessories will be used.
Mechanical works:
• All the units will have an independent central heating and cooling system installed as standard
• Each unit will have a 1 ton reserve water tank as well as electric and solar heating units installed on to the roof.
• I n addition there will be a central water storage tanks based in the garden providing additional water supply to all the units.
• High quality PVC pipes will be used for internal hot and cold water supply. For the external water supply high quality galvanized steel pipes will be used.
Sewage System:
Exclusive general waste water treatment system will be in use.
Electrical Installations:
• More than adequate number of lights, power points, telephone and TV points will be provided throughout the units.
• A communal power generator will automatically provide electricity to all the units if there is a power cut.
Isolation:
All the roofs will be covered with 3mm thick polyester waterproofing material and 2cm thick hot & cold isolation boards.
Landscape Works:
According to the landscape design a number of additional trees will be planted, empty spaces will be lawned and pavements for walking will be provided.
Exclusive Communal Amenities:
• 2 large swimming pools will be provided.
• A sauna and Gymnasium will serve the inhabitants.
• Also there will be a Kindergarten and a Café/Bar for the use of adults and the children.
• There will be at least one parking space allocated to each unit.
